The websites www.letdebtgo.co.uk, www.delavida.eu, www.delavida.co.uk, www.locuraevents.com, www.ignitionclubnights.co.uk, www.locuraevents.co.uk, www.pipoca.co.uk, www.myspace.com/locurauk, www.myspace.com/ignitionclubnights, are operated and owned* by Delavida Ltd. ("Our", "us" and "we"). We trade under the following brands: Let debt go, LOCURA, Ignition, play4life and Pipoca. We're a private limited company registered in England and our registration number is 06855382. We are also registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a requirement through the Data Protection Act 1998 and our Data Protection Act 1998 registration number is Z2097965.  Our registered office address can be found here.
1.2 The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to explain what Personal Data we collect about you, how that Personal Data might be used and how we protect your Personal Data and privacy.

2. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT AND HOW?

2.1 If you are merely visiting the public areas of any Delavida Website, we do not collect any Personal Data about you. However, we may automatically collect information about your visits, such as: browsing patterns; the name of your Internet service provider; the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet; the date and time you access any Delavida Website; the pages that you access while visiting any Delavida Website; and the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to any Delavida Website. This information is only used in aggregate form to analyse, manage and develop the Delavida Websites and is not linked to any individual. We offer services on this site which may require some Personal Data. The Personal Data collected by us may include your full name, password, e-mail address, date of birth, gender, country of residence, postcode and your mobile telephone number.

3. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA THAT WE COLLECT?

3.1 We will use all Personal Data for the purpose of providing you with the services you have requested.
3.2 We will only use your Personal Data to let you know about other services and products that we or our associated companies provide, special offers and also to provide you with news about our business if you have subscribed to the Mailing List. 3.5. When tradin as a credit broker we will use information you have provided to us in the following ways:

- Process the application you have made. This may involve your application being passed to a member of our panel of lenders and brokers or another licensed credit broker or lender who we feel may be able to help you. These affialiates include Paymex Group and DebtSure.

- Make, or cause searches to be made, at a credit reference agency, or agencies - these searches will be shown in any other searches which are made in connection with applications made by yourself and other members of your household. The disclosure of multiple searches may adversely affect your credit profile and may make credit harder for you to obtain;

- Information held about you by a credit reference agency may already be linked to records relating to another person, for example your spouse, and for the purpose of your loan application you will be treated as financially linked. Your loan application will be assessed with reference to all linked records;

- If you have confirmed you are linked financially with another person, you are declaring that you are entitled to (a) disclose information about that person and/or anyone else referred to by you and (b) that you authorise us and any associated broker and any lender involved in the application to search, link and/or record information at credit reference agencies about you and/or anyone else referred to by you.

4. HOW DO WE PROTECT PERSONAL DATA THAT WE COLLECT?

4.1 When you input any Personal Data into any Delavida Website or request services from us, we use appropriate physical, electronic and managerial security measures to try to prevent that Personal Data from being accessed by unauthorised persons and to ensure that you may input Personal Data safely. This means that sometimes we may ask for proof of identity before we disclose Personal Data to you.

5. COOKIES

5.1 The Delavida Websites may make use of cookies which are files placed on your computer that enable us to track certain information relating to your use of the Delavida Websites. You may be able to configure your web browser to prevent the use of cookies although some functions or services may not be available. We may also allow third party advertisers to advertise on the Delavida Websites and such advertisers may also use cookies to record information about your use of the advertisement which you have seen and the types of things you appear interested in. 6. SALE OR MERGER

6.1 If the Delavida Website(s) are sold to or merge with, or if our business (or part of our business) is sold to, merges with or enters a joint venture with another company not owned by Delavida Ltd, you should expect that some or all of the Personal Data collected from the relevant Delavida Website(s) may be transferred to the buyer/surviving company. If so, we will seek to obligate the other company to use any Personal Data transferred by the Delavida Website(s) in a manner consistent with this statement, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to impose that requirement or that the acquiring company will comply.

7. THIRD PARTIES

7.1 From time to time we may enter into a special relationship with another company that is not owned by us to provide additional features on the Delavida Websites. As a result of these special relationships, the Delavida Websites may sometimes feature co-branded micro sites or webpages, for example, a page with our name and Ticketweb's name.
7.2 You should look for a specific privacy statement on any such co-branded page. Any Personal Data that you provide when signing up on one of these co-branded pages may be shared with our third party partner in accordance with the privacy statement on that page.
7.3 We may also provide links to other websites or resources operated by third parties who are not connected or affiliated with us. This Privacy Policy only relates to this Website and does not apply to third party websites which are not operated by us. You should check the privacy policy of any linked third party website to make sure you understand it fully prior to submitting your Personal Data to that website.
7.4. When trading as a credit broker;
7.4.1. If you decide to respond direct to any third party provider or broker ("Third Party") to whom we have passed your details as permitted by this Policy, from that point on the information about you which is held by that Third Party, including the information we have passed to them and any further information requested by, and supplied by you to, the Third Party will be held by that Third Party for the purposes set out in their own privacy policy. These uses may go beyond those disclosed in the UK Finance Online Privacy Policy and you are strongly advised to read that Third Party's privacy policy and satisfy yourself as to the purposes for which the Third Party will use your personal information. UK Finance Online has no responsibility for any uses to which a Third Party provider puts your personal information beyond those disclosed in this Privacy Policy, once you have entered into direct communication with that Third Party.
7.4.2. All the FISA lending companies use one or more of these agencies. Credit reference agencies keep a wide range of information. This includes information from the electoral roll (sometimes known as the voters roll) and records of most county court judgement's and bankruptcies. They also retain information relating to previous and existing credit and a record of searches made against the file. The lenders share information through the agencies providing a history of how punctually payments are being made or have been made. Loan information is usually held on file for 6 years. Details of the voter's roll may be held for much longer. Information about credit searches is kept for up to two years.
7.4.3. Other Agencies
- CIFAS 
Reports from CIFAS relating to fraud and fraud avoidance are also available to its members (most lenders) - these contain information indicating that fraud, or attempted fraud, has been notified by a lender. The information might not directly relate to you, it might relate to someone who has tried to impersonate you. Data available to members of CIFAS, may also be used to help make decisions on motor, household, credit, life and other insurance proposals for you and members of your household.
- CML Repossession Register 
The Council of Mortgage Lenders, Repossession Register is available to its members through the main credit reference agencies. If you have had a property repossessed or have given it up voluntarily this will show on the register.
- GAIN 
A file may also show a "gone away" marker indicating that a member of the "Gone Away Information Network" has reported that they cannot trace a customer who is in arrears with payments. Alternatively, the marker may indicate a new address, which the "gone away" has been traced to.
- HUNTER
Files in this register contain detailed information on applications made and loans given. It is aimed at tracing fraudsters who use different combinations of information to obtain credit dishonestly. It checks and counter checks information given on application forms.
If your broker or lender uses any of the above agencies they will be able to confirm their contact addresses. CIFAS information is intended to warn lenders and act as a protection for innocent customers.

8. CONSENT

8.1 By accepting the Terms or by using the services on the Delavida Websites, you consent to the collection and use of your Personal Data by us for the purposes outlined above and for any other purpose which is reasonably necessary for the provision or proper administration of the Delavida Websites in accordance with the Terms.
8.2 You agree that your Personal Data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area for the purposes described above, including to countries which may not provide legal protection of Personal Data equivalent to the level of protection within the United Kingdom.
8.3 If you do not wish your Personal Data to be used in the manner set out in this Privacy Statement or the Terms please do not use the Website.

9. CHANGES TO OUR POLICY

9.1 This Privacy Statement is subject to change at any time. We encourage you to review the Privacy Statement regularly for any changes. We will use Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy Statement under which that Personal Data was collected.
